Great breakfast

Uncomfortable bed very very hard, made knocked 10 min before our dead line wanted us out. Restaurant evening meal was dreadful and breakfast was rather cold. Hotel is clean.

Great location next to M1 junction. Rooms good size. Snack in Bar at night , cheese toastie wa good . Unusual for such small snacks to be available at night,

Comfortable stay, room clean and staff very friendly. Only downside is breakfast is very basic

The staff at the dinning weren't helpful at all, all throughout our stay nothingbdid we aaked that they were able to assist us with. Cleaners didn't refill our soap container throughout am pretty sure to the extent thatbwe run out of soap for bathing. The TV was that old, had lines in when watching.

The staff were very friendly however hotel wasn’t much better than a Travelodge. Breakfast was disappointing - buffet style with unappetising sausages.

Convenient location, good sized room, staff helpful & pleasant. Breakfast choices pretty good. Evening meals - had a couple - very average.

My stay was very good and relaxing

The room was clean, room heater not working, and I wasn’t offered to be moved into another room with better heating system. The staff brought a heating fan as a replacement for the night. This was not comfortable, so did not have a relaxing sleep for the night. This is the fourth time I’m staying here and the only time I am having a bad comments about this hotel. The hotel was aware of the guest coming, these short coming should have been looked into before the arrival of the guest.

The hotel is pristine, the room was very comfortable after a long drive, we slept well. Breakfast was great. The front desk guy Claude was so nice, my room was cold and he provided a heater on request. Thank you Claude

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room and excellent breakfast. Couldn't fault our stay at all.

Really helpful staff. We arrived early to check in, the receptionist and housekeeper got a room ready for us so we could feed and change our 7 month old. Also so we could get to a surprise party that started at 2. Included breakfast is standard breakfast buffet which is a nice touch.
