Nice hotel on a new site just built in the wrong place. Why put it right next to the motorway where you hear all the lorries coming off at 4 o’clock in the morning instead of putting it over by the pub which would’ve been better

Location not convenient. Ran out of eggs sun & no eggs at all on mon.
Clean, staff very friendly & helpful, found me a local phone charger plug. We liked the hot drinks available thru out the day & nite.

Hotel was nice but not walking distance to downtown or restaurants. Uber was very quick pickup to drive you to town. Hotel offered a very nice full free breakfast.

The room was clean , as was the bathroom. The included breakfast was bad ,very messy area around the food (was not clean at all. Poor variety of hot food, again not very clean.

Good stay for a family of 4. Room was generally comfortable and bathroom was good and clean. Only downside was duvet for the sofa bed was too small for two people, even two children which made it difficult for them! Otherwise breakfast was included and was a very good selection. Staff were polite and helpful

The hotel itself was fine. Comfortable bed. Staff were very attentive and polite. Main issue was the breakfast. Coffee was awful. As was the OJ. Both tasted watered down. Not much chopped fresh fruit. Nothing at all one day. No vegetable option on cooked breakfast. Usually you get mushrooms or tomato. Baked beans had no flavour. If they can sort the breakfast then this would be a great stay.

An overnight stay during some hospital day treatments. Staff very understandable and co operative when I discussed the problem of husband not being well enough to leave room or able to eat and drink at the dining area. Was permitted to take food and drink up to our room and although they do not offer room service provided support with this.

Stay was very comfortable, staff were extremely helpful and very friendly, nothing was too much trouble for anyone we spoke to. The Team there are a credit to the Hotel.
Would recommend to Family and Friends and would definitely stay there again, if the situation ever arose.

Breakfast shamble. Felt like squid games trying to nick some sausages or bacon , short staffed and no eggs of any kind. Runned out of eggs 2 days ago i ve been told . Used it for peppa pig trio as its close but never again

It was a nice stay- however the breakfast situation was crazy - resulting in my husband not having everything in the breakfast as it wasn’t available and it was far too busy to wait for them to restock as they were under so much pressure with everything else.. the breakfast is what lets it down..
