Great Location. Breakfast quality poor. Was given a accessible room and when complained they said I was upgraded ..... hmmm not my idea of an upgrade and didn't like the use of an accessible room. Felt uncleam.

Room was clean Mattress is a foam block so not overly comfy. There is aircon so that’s good. Don’t bother asking for late check out as housekeeping will knock anyway even with the do not disturb sign Tea and coffee was provided but no lactose free milk

Great location next to the train station, ideal for dropping off and collecting luggage before heading into conferences on the seafront. The lobby and rooms are basic but serviceable, at a reasonable price. The staff are helpful with luggage storage, etc.

This hotel was right next to the train station so easy access along with close to being near the beach and fun market shop so the location was 10 stars. The staff was wonderful and the room was clean but very tiny.
