Hotel in posizione eccellente, vicino alla stazione dei treni e a pochi passi dal centro cittadino. Il personale gentile e disponibile. La camera era molto bella, pulita, silenziosa e molto comoda, inoltre avevamo una bellissima vista sulla north lanes. Consigliatissimo.

Very friendly and helpful staff, hotel good. Shame we were assigned a wet room, would've preferred a standard toilet and bathroom as wet floors are very unfunctional with the shower closest to the door and toilet furthest away meant every area of floor was wet

Asked if it was my 1st stay, the receptionist was very efficient at explaining everything. The room was spotless, and a good size, 2 lifts meant not having to wait, and I received a very pleasant farewell on checking out. I will be staying again soon. With bus stops at the door, and the railway station 1 minute away, its very convenient for getting around the city.

Staff were excellent. Polite, helpful and courteous. The rooms were clean and tidy. Not sure how soundproof they really are as when the next room took a shower is sounded like it was in our room and we could also hear water running in the ceiling when someone flushed the toilet

5* staff - nothing was too much trouble and they made our stay a great stay 😍 3* room - standard basic room, everything you need but bathroom was tired looking but a big plus was everything was really clean but the laminate floor was cold under foot but nothing a pair of sicks couldnt fix 😘
