The property was ideal for us as we had an appointment in Twickenham but it’s definitely ideal for anyone getting a flight from Heathrow.

3 travel buddies staying 2 nights before flying out of Heathrow. We required 3 beds in one room which the hotel accommodated. It was a bit tight, but we were only there to sleep. The beds were comfortable, the room was spotless, and our request for extra towels & a pillow was answered within a reasonable time frame. My only complaint is that the towels are thin and small! No face cloths. I would suggest the hotel invest in large fluffy bath sheets as well as face cloths - that would really put the 'grand' in Park Grand Heathrow! Onsite restaurant had a fabulous breakfast (for a fee) as well as a pretty good menu for supper. Would I choose this hotel again or recommend - I would (I might bring my own towel though)

Very Nice Hotel with helpful staff, 10 mins do Osterley station walking. Breakfast decent, Gym decent, I will go back

A clean hotel room but there were several unusual features. Firstly, the media ports USB point etc above the dressing table did not work; staff said, "yes these no longer work in the rooms, just use the 3 point plug under the desk". The pillows were like sleeping on a bag of rocks, shower facility had shampoo but not conditioner and the fridge did not work. When I queried this with hotel staff, I was simply told that they "no longer provided refrigerators" and that it was 'just for show'. Breakfast was sufficient and there was a nice variety of food but the scrambled eggs were cold and inedible. All in all an OK stay, but there is no way I would call this a 4* hotel, scratch the surface and it was really below par.

110V outlet in bathroom doesn't work. USB charger doesn't work either. The carpet and furniture are dated. 15-walk to the closest tube station. Onsite dinning selection is ok.

The room wasn’t to standard, was woken by a fire alarm At 2am there was no communication from staff, chaotic scenes from customers worried. Stairwell carpets are dangerously coming causing health and safety issues trip hazards. After the ordeal from the fire alarm couldn’t sleep. Bed was to squeaky and was not a pleasant stay. Please advise
