Dinner was delicious! Bed was super comfortable and staff were so friendly and helpful... even gave us a small jug of fresh milk for our room.
Suggestion: would have been nice if there were some board games/cards in the pub to pass our time. There was a dart board but tables were infront of it. But overall, lovely stay and would definately stay again!

Had to wait over half an hour to check into our room as it wasnt ready. A bit dusty in bathroom area. Door to courtyard got stuck but managed to get it open.

Stayed 1 night while attending a family wedding at Hockwold Hall. We had rooms 11 & 12 made into a family room for the 4 of us. It was absolutely perfect with a separate bedroom and additional, separate toilet. Bathroom had a skylight so you could look at the stars while relaxing in the spacious bath. The venue even arranged transport for us (additional cost) to get us too and from Hockwold Hall. Breakfast was delicious.

More of a pub than hotel. Flies were everywhere, especially around food. Bedroom and bathroom didn’t feel clean. Only parking was a few spaces outside the front, so all the smokers and drinkers were squeezing past the car all night - thankfully no damage as far as I can tell.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Quality of food was excellent only spoilt by constantly swatting flies away.
Parking seemed a free for all for local residents as well. No designated parking for paying guests.

The room I stayed in had no lock or latches on one of the windows, it was completely insecure with no way of pulling it to and securing it. The bed sheets were stained yellow from far too many uses. Most of the TV channels were unavailable.
The food was less than desirable, I had a beef lasagne which had so many sheets of pasta and very little beef I had to leave more than half of it.
It is not clean, not safe and my meal was awful - I never ate there the second day.
