Lovely warm welcome and great stay. Breakfast was amazing

Staff and room. Room was very big and comfortable. Nicely decorated hotel and Jacob and the lady, I didn't get the name of, in the bar/restaurant were very welcoming and friendly, a credit to the hotel.I'm 43 now so if I have got Jacobs name wrong please accept my apologies. Food was excellent too and reasonably priced .

For the 4th year running we stayed at the hotel. Again, great hosts, great breakfasts, really good taste and not greasy. Great hospitality and goodbdrinksband prices in the bar in the hotel. We have just booked a other 4 rooms for August Bank Holiday next year. I would reccomend booking the hotel early ad this sells out quickly.

Very friendly staff. Nice & clean. Excellent breakfast cooked to order. We even had ours as a takeaway as we were running the Workington half marathon.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel during my recent trip. It’s located in Workington, just a short drive from the Lake District, making it a great base for exploring the area. The location was convenient yet peaceful, with beautiful surroundings and easy access to hiking trails and charming villages. The room was spotless, cozy, and offered lovely views. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, always ready with great recommendations and a friendly smile. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh and high-quality options. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy everything the Lake District has to offer. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway.

Very nice family run hotel. Wide range of food on the menu, all excellent and well priced (large portions). Wide variety of drinks available from the bar. Very welcoming and the locals that visited the bar were all good for a chat. Will be staying again.

A beautiful family run hotel. Great large meals and a nice bar. Friendly staff and nice getting to know some of the locals. This place had a gorgeous garden and this was done by the owner Paul. We loved our 2 night stay and the breakfast was awesome. Paul.was a great host abdceven took for a drive to show us the local attractions.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at the Hall Park Hotel and again I was not disappointed. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Only downside was the noise of traffic going. By throughout the night which disrupted sleep

The Hall Park Hotel is definitely good value for money and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was included in my room rate and although a limited menu, it was freshly cooked to order (by the superb Louise) and didn’t disappoint. I would most definitely stay again.

nice big room with two large windows side window and front window, both with decent views, very comfortable bed, and a great breakfast.

Stayed here a few times in the past couple of months and very happy to do so. Friendly staff, great food, lovely atmosphere all round. Highly recommended and look forward to visiting this hotel again.
