The Runnymede on Thames Hotel and Spa

Was a lovely place

Easy check in, no problems, from 2pm which is very reasonable. I asked if late check out would be available, but was informed I would need to ask in the morning, that is a bit of an inconvenience if you are planning a long lay in. It would be helpful to know the day before. The lock on my door was not working, a member of staff had this fixed straight away. Room modern in decoration Good selection of different lighting in room and bathroom. Air conditioning which can be adjusted. Blackout curtains, fridge. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Good quality of towels, and robes in room,very thick. Monsoon and standard shower in one. Overall a very nice room, VERY clean Spa, also very clean. Key code lockers. Small Sauna and plunge pool within changing room. Main swimming pool and jacuzzi. Infared room and steam room. A fair amount of loungers and chairs around the pool, it was fairly busy on my visit at 4pm on a Saturday, but I managed to find a lounger Overall a really good first experience of this hotel. Would be even better if they offered room service, and if you were able to pay to use the spa facilities after check out

First of all 10/10 I’ll definitely be back again. The food was really good , the hotel was nice and clean and the rooms were lovely . However they are currently under renovation so most if not all activities were closed and only one restaurant was open causing the dining options to be limited by default . However I would like to return when renovations are completed to get the full experience of a stay there. Staff were lovely and very attentive and professional.

Work was being carried out to the property but done discreetly , so all good definitely recommend service excellent staff very professional, place hotel all ways immaculate thank you for a great stay

Lovely hotel just being converted as mow owned by Warners. Will be excellent later this year when construction is complete.

Nice break from city life. Was very busy and under construction on our visit.

Even though they was renovating the hotel there was no interruption for us staying there. Hotel was cleanest I’ve stayed at staff was great and helpful any time we needed them room was great nice and roomy and well done in the renovation and was a very nice room. Would definitely stay there again without a doubt

Very enjoyable stay. Spa decent. All staff very nice. Very diverse workforce which was really good to see. Outside pool lovely. I only say average on property conditions as some of it looked a bit dated and the ceiling in our room was a bit rough. Overall good value for money and we will definitely return.

This stay was wonderful! The service from arrival was amazing and the restaurant was excellent. The parking was super easy and the hotel will be even better once the building work is completed. Even though there was building work, this in no way impacted our stay

Located by the river...whow!

We had a lovely time at Runnymede spa hotel for one night. Will plan a weekend spa break in future to enjoy all the facilities at this hotel.

Stayed for 5 nights for rest and relaxation after spending a week in Central London. This hotel is exactly what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. The restaurants, lounge, breakfast service were fantastic. The spa and facilities were top notch.

Great hotel even while going through massive building works (only reason I gave 4 stars for condition!). Massive room with everything you could need. Staff were all great and the evening meal/buffet was great!
