we would have liked a glass in the bathroom . Also we requested that our room was refreshed but it never happened so our towels were damp when we came in.

Stayed at this hotel for business many times - unfortunately I was given a room on the first floor above the gym. The room was very stuffy due to the time of year so windows open, at 5am the loud thumping bass from the gym sound system woke me up and even with the windows closed it was impossible to ignore. This meant I was tired going to work a physical job all day and I was offered a free coffee as way of apology from the staff. Not acceptable to put rooms in the vicinity of that amount of noise at an unreasonable time. I will consider my stay here during my next business trip because of this

Pool heated and large and sauna and steam room well kept
Ideal location and onsite parking
However due to awful guests we would never return. Plus rooms that we have paid similar had a lot more to offer than the two rooms we stayed in
