Convenient location near central train station for easy transfer from airport. Good breakfast buffet.

Wonderful staff and services! In the city centre and close to all central locations!! Very close to train stations too!! Great breakfast selection!!

It’s a very convenient location and walkable to most tourist attractions. It’s a bit dated.

This property is centrally located and just walking distance to the train station. Love the surround sound and comfy bed. Best of all is the buffet breakfast with a variety of selection. I really enjoyed our stay here.

Good Breakfast annd spacious room.

This was a great place to stay. Wonderful breakfast. Comfortable rooms, and easy, central location. We had 3 rooms, each a slightly different layout but each good.

The Buffet breakfast was superb! There were so many selections plus very nice ambience in the buffet area. The room is really nice. The hotel is centrally located and the grand central stations is just a few blocks away. I highly recommend this hotel while in Helsinki.

Very good location and service and close to everything

Perfect location for sightseeing, fab hotel and staff

We stayed here for seven nights and enjoyed our stay. The location is outstanding if you want to be very close to the Helsinki Central Railway Station. It's also within walking distance of Helsinki Cathedral, Senate Square, Market Square, and the harbor. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shopping nearby. When we checked in, we learned the hotel was completely sold out, and our reserved room type was no longer available. The staff pleasantly surprised us by upgrading us to a wonderful and bigger room at no extra charge. That unexpected upgrade made our stay even more enjoyable, especially since we were there for an entire week. The rooms and hotel appeared clean and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with an impressive variety of hot and cold selections. While the menu was the same each morning for the entire stay, there were enough choices to enjoy something different every day. We only had to reserve a breakfast time once during our stay because the hotel was especially busy. The lobby is comfortable, and each evening guests are treated to complimentary apples, gummy candies, and cookies—a nice touch after a day of sightseeing. The hotel elevators require a room key card to access upper floors. Housekeeping is provided every 3 days, unless you request additional service. We had an enjoyable stay and will now consider other Radisson hotels in the future.

Breakfast was great. I wish they would vary the menu every now and then, specially if you stay more than one night.

Excellent location, convenient for all public transportation and easy walk to good restaurants and eating options.

Best breakfast spread

Check in was very easy and room lovely with really nice toiletries, especially the body lotion. Problems only occured when all the lights and sockets failed. Luckily the TV stayed on! I couldnt find what number to call reception, so I had to wait until the next day to report it. I was told they were having problems on floor four and they could send someone round to fix it if I really wanted them too!!! I was checking out within a few hours, so didn't bother. It really did spoil the stay though

Great place with a great location. No early check in unfortunately but staff and room were great.
