I was staying for 2 nights on November 2024. It was a very pleasant stay for my first trip to Paris. 1. Location: Super strategic, near the metro station and just next to Gallerie La Fayette and Opera Garnier. Not far from the hotel, we can find a nice small supermarket that sells some necessities and meals. There were also some cafes in front of the hotel. 2. Staff: Extremely nice and very helpful, especially a nice girl I met the first day I arrived in Paris. Far from the general assumption that Parisians were unfriendly😍 3. Room: Clean and neat. I got a room on the 5th floor with a balcony. The room size was enough for 1-2 persons, as you already know that you can’t expect a larger-size room in hotels around Paris. 4. Facilities: The hotel has an elevator (yaaay💃🏻) even though the size was mini that I think will only fit 1-2 persons. The room also has AC. Surely I will be staying here again if I visit Paris next time.

beautiful boutique hotel. They have a breakfast if you're interested. However there is the Le gourmet food that's witjing 3 blocks. Lafayette mall next door and palace Garnier around the corner. During our visit the AC was not available and they said another 2 weeks before rheyturn it on. Room and bathroom..was cleaned daily Anything in the fridge you pay for. Tap water for coffee

We arrived at midnight, staff at the counter said will upgrade our room to better room with street view instead of corner room as I request. But the room says upgrade was no balcony…air con doesn’t work…so we have to open window with road work and car really loud as it’s at the 2nd floor. We just no bother to ask for change back to the room we paid because too tired and late at the night. Quite disappointed and might try other hotel for next time.

Even though the hotel is under renovations, we truly enjoyed our stay. The staff were very, friendly and helpful. It’s easy to get around in the area, our newly renovated room for 3 adults was perfect, we had a nice city views from our room and breakfast in the morning. We recommend and would go back here.

Location location. This hotel is close to everything! So many metro stations nearby and shopping, Opéra are walking distance. So many restaurants, breakfast and grocery within minutes walking. However a major downside was the loud sound of metro vibrations every 2 mins made it very difficult to sleep at night. I understand this is not the hotel's fault, but it was still a downside for me. The room condition was very basic, carpet wasn't clean, finishes subpar in the rooms, breakfast buffet was not appealing, I've stayed in other hotels in Paris with similar cost, location, and had a much better quality breakfast. Overall I would not stay here again, simply due to the interior room condition and sound of metro vibrations. Staff was kind and smiled at me and my daughter every time we came in our out.

Excellent location next to Galeries Lafayette, Opéra to take the direct shuttle to CDG, convenience store open late just a few steps away, great customer service and fair price for the area. We’ll be back there when needed.
