Room a somewhat disappoinment for a 5 star hotel, although impressive foyer and reception areas. Triple room a little tight. Incredibly uncomfortable matresses and pillows and soundproofing problematic (could hear all noise from the street below). Bathroom amenities not replaced throughout stay, and single complimentary water not replaced. Location was ok, within walking distance of Acropolis and museum, however a little far from other attractions meaning limited close activities and restaurants.

Staff was cold and unhelpful (outside of the bell boys who were highly attentive), rooms were underwhelming and dated. Total tourist trap hotel, not at all worth the money for the stay. I was more than relieved we were only staying one night.
