Everyone at reception was so nice!! I can't get over how polite, helpful and understanding they were. They helped us navigate the city, chatted with us daily and made sure we had everything we needed. The facility itself is nice but the staff makes it over the top!

Great location. We were easily able to access the MTR, trams, buses by walking. It’s conveniently located among good restaurants and good eats. Staff was very helpful. Would stay here again.

Icy in reservations was AMAZING and the reason I stayed at the hotel. She really went above and beyond to help me. I also enjoyed the staff on location. Very helpful and very nice.
