Hotels in Wan Chai

The hotel is really nice. I love the ambience and the decoration. The location is superb. Its tiny but super duper clean and great for a good sleep. The minus point if I can point out is the towel. They only have 2 little face towels for a shower. And there ' s no complimentary water bottle at all in the room. So I need to went out and bought another water bottle and the minimart.

Rooms is dirty especially the floor and windows. To many dust inside a room.

The staff are rude, we have morning flights so we have to go about 5 am in the morning. I called the front office to send the trolley, but never came. So I went downstairs and asked again. The receptionist said “We don't have bellboys at this hour. You can do it yourselves.” She didn't even try to help to open the door. I have to open the door, get the trolley in front of the hotel and go upstairs, pick up the luggages, go downstairs again and then get the luggages into the car. They just starred. How come 5 star hotels have this kind of service?

Location is good. Downside is, booked 2 single beds. Instead got a queen bed and 1 extra bed, photo attached. Not comfortable.

The location is good, near MTR and around causeway bay shopping center and supermaket. But my problem the room is old, and not clean at all. I got bite by insect every night, and for breakfast is same everyday, but wifi is fast.

Small room size & bed, clean hotel & strategic location 👍.

great family room , just five step away to mosque for Muslims travellers.

The room is kinda small for 2 guests with 2 big luggage. But the location is great, it only took few minutes to go to the nearest train station and bus stop. Too bad, even though there is no smoking policy but there is still smoking people there.
