The hotel is conveniently located in the center of HK island near Victoria park. The rate is reasonable for the area, but the room is very small, the fridge is not cold enough and the bathroom needs upgrade. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is located near Victoria Park and the center of the shopping district and tourist attractions. It’s close to all public transportation. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed their breakfast and had a pleasant stay. The hotel rooms are small but clean. The bathroom needs upgrade.

Pros: Friendly staff, clean and solid room for the price, good view of the water from the room, convenient location with tram/ding ding right outside and MTR station only <10 min walk away. Cons: Mini-fridge not suitable for food, smaller room, slight smell, elevators can be crowded and take a while, no hair conditioner provided.

I've previously stayed here and found it very value for money and a great location. The decor feels premium and I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, limited but consistent.
However, this time the Wifi in my room was very unstable and difficult to work from, it would connect for a minute then disconnect, it was hard to find a stable location in the room. If this was improved then I would give this a 5 star.

The breakfast buffet was great. It has all the standard items for an English, American, Continental or Cantonese breakfast. Only hard-boiled eggs which makes better sense in a buffet than fried or soft-boiled eggs. I am not sure if they had congee every day. They seemed to alternate beteeen congee, oatmeal and hot soymilk.

We loved the location of the hotel! Easily accessible to shopping, food and tourist areas.
The hotel itself is very tired and needs a makeover. Having said that, having connecting rooms was a bonus as the room is small for 3 people, 2 rooms was great!

It’s a short walk to Causeway Bay Station, Hysan Place, and Times Square.
The reception and lobby staff were pleasant and polite. The room was kept clean and tidy daily, with basic amenities that were functioning well. It’s not luxurious, but it’s practical.

I had a pleasant stay at Rosedale, conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from Causeway Bay MTR Station (Exit F1). The room was well-maintained and very clean, which made for a comfortable experience. The housekeeping lady did a splendid job throughout my stay. The reception team was efficient and attentive, with a special mention to Beata for her great service. The lobby staff were also polite and welcoming. Overall, excellent service across the board.

This hotel is definately not a 3 / 4 star hotel. It’s badly in need of refurbishment and a good clean . Check in staff not very helpful , after seeing our room we went back and finally after much discussion our room was changed. This one at least had been redecorated and looked cleaner but still not up to a premier standard.which it was supposed to be . And we did pay to be upgraded . If we weren’t so tired after a long flight we would have just cancelled and gone to another hotel !! Breakfast was not very good quality either in fact on our second morning we chose not to eat there but to get breakfast outside hotel even though we had paid for it . Very disappointing stay .

The building is clean, surrounding area is also clean. Good it’s not on the main high street but Easy access to the main road. Staff are friendly. Very happy for the 2 weeks stay.
