Hotel s very cute and use for very great products from Elemis in bathroom. But little bit far from MTR btw very close with tram. There re shuttle bus service, easy for getting around in HK island area. by the way 1st staying , I the got room little bit quite good view cuz lower floor But 2nd staying, we all 2rms got very nice view, and family room is bigger than 1st staying 👍. Great service from concierge, help us from luggages when checked out and use shuttle bus service. Great service from hotel management that we the got about the apologize for missing the shuttle bus when it had protesting and changed the way for pickup location , and missed the time that shuttle bus should be on that pickup time

This is my many times to stay at this hotels, it's easy if you want to go to Victoria peak (The Peak) just use 1 bus, and very close to Both Wanchai Station and Causeway Bay station. If you want to stay in the Halal things society, this is the best answer.

Great stay here, so accessible to tourist attraction, we can reach hong kong with free shuttle to/from central station, causewaybay station, we can easily connect to airport, disneyland, etc Just a minute walk to bus station to go to victoria peak. Ding ding tram bus stop just in front of hotel, they have lot family room that make cost cheaper for us

The overall experience of my stay at Dorsett Wan Chai was generally good. Got a high floor room (the top floor) @ the 25th floor, however I could hear the noise from the roof when it's windy outside. 3.8/5 Hygiene - 4.5/5 Room is clean. Bathroom is clean. No complain. Location - 3.5/5 It's 10mins walk from Times Square, but you wouldn't want to walk under the hot sun/ rainy days. Hotel is quite far away from the MTR station (about 900 - 1km to Wan Chai station, slightly closer to the Causeway Bay station). Quite a number of places to eat nearby - Asian or western cuisine. And of course, a McD and Starbucks near by too. Food - 3.5/5 My room didn't come with breakfast. Paid for the 1st morning breakfast which was quite overpriced - HKD185. Small buffet with limited choices (usual western breakky - eggs and toast, yogurt, fruits, salad / Asian - Dim sum, dumplings and bun) A side note: I was staying at room 2518 for 3 nights, not sure why the door of the room opposite mine was always wide opened day and night since the day I checked in till I checked out which seems a bit creepy.

The hotel is nicely located near multiple bus stops. Although not exactly near subway station, these bus stops can take you almost anywhere. It also near a famous shopping mall Times Square as well as Islamic Center for Moslem who seeks mosque to pray or eat Halal food. The room itself was comfortably spacious, however I got room with no view (there are windows but they cover the glass). That's a bit too bad since they didn't mention it anywhere. Regardless, the room is also included with free phone that is used as portable hotspot, so we didn't need to buy extra data package. Overall, the hotel was great and highly recommended.

everything was okay except when we asked for liquid soap for washing milk bottle for our toddler, they didn't want to give and without any explanation on why they can't...if it were daytime, we would go out and buy.

Adjacent to the horse riding ground, Dorsett Wanchai, Hong Kong is located in the Wan Chai Business District and a 15-minute drive from Ocean Park and Stanley. The local neighbourhood offers tourists a lot to explore. Hong Kong international Airport is 45 minutes' drive from the property. Free shuttle services cover popular spots like Causeway Bay Plaza 2, Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, IFC, Pacific Place and Airport Express Line Hong Kong Station.
