Wonderful stay in Hilton. Complimentary house wine for my wife’s birthday. Easy to get around to the local eateries and tourist spot (Langham Place). We checked in after 12am and still have eateries operating.
A bit walking (10 to 15 mins) to YauMaTei and Mongkok as the hotel is located in between these 2 MTR. But not a problem for us as we like walking around to feel the local lifestyle. Overall it’s a great stay for us.

We had a clean room with all the basic amenities. The front desk and bellman services were excellent. They provided an electric electrical adapter for the unusual Hong Kong AC outlets. They assisted with both taxi and rideshare needs and allowed us to drop our luggage off at 8 AM so we could enjoy our day before the 3 PM check-in. We were also able to check in an hour early. The elevators were always available and waits were never long. We thought the breakfast buffet was m expensive so we just went out in the morning for breakfast. The hotel is walking distance to hundreds of restaurants, markets and shops.

The property is conveniently located, with all Mongkok shopping, restaurants, etc., within walking distance. Breakfast is perfect and has many choices. The baggage handling staff do an excellent job.

The staff at the hotel should be commended for their professionalism and politeness. It's never easy dealing with travellers.
With respect to the hotel itself, hours after checking in I learnt the hotel restaurant had a confirmed case of food poisoning. There was no official notice from the hotel during my stay of this, and the restaurant continued to run operations at the restaurant as usual. This is alarming and a sign of their priority for business over public safety. The shower also had a clogged drain.
The hotel is also in an unsafe area of Hong Kong. Frankly speaking, I'm surprised this is a Hilton property and am disappointed. The area smells horrible, and there are people partying loud on the street nearby every night. I'm afraid to be on the streets at night in that area.
There is also no hotel bar, and no mini bar.

First time to Hong Kong, we love the Hilton Hotel chain and Hilton Garden Inn didn’t disappoint. Room always made up beautifully, floors and bathroom clean, mattress very comfortable and block out blinds made it easy to sleep. Close to transport and street food. Great restaurants near by. Highly recommend
