This hotel is a small luxury hotel and surprisingly all the staff are very attentive, friendly, providing top notch service no less than ( or even better? ) some familiar and big hotel brands.
The atmosphere is upscale and very comfortable . Daily breakfast buffet has small selection but it’s perfect for anyone who prefers quality over quantity. I personally loved their self serve laundry room. A must for a longer trip. Super convenient location, only 5 minutes walk from Causeway Bay MTR station with all the restaurants and shops surrounding. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience high quality hotel without breaking the bank.

Most impressive is the service. Staff would go out of their way to help and serve. Let me name all those whom I can remember, Bella, Kevin, Kenny, Albert, Larry , Monica , Po, Michael, Anton and others whose names I may have forgotten because of our hectic trip. Mixed feelings. Hotel is quiet and beautiful, a good refuge from all the craziness outside. Part of the staff was friendly (front desk) and part very unpolite (restaurant). Breakfast was a mess, long lines for coffee, no tables, hard to find everything and stressed out staff. Room was small and bed linens poor quality. We were given 1 extra hour for check out so I thank them for that.

We usually stay in conrad or shangri la in admiralty but decided to stay in causeway bay this time. Saw this hotel and decided to stay here for a change. We weren't disappointed. It's in a very quiet part but still very central. The room is spacious and most of all the service is top notch. The staff went over and beyond to serve.
Already told my family and friends about lanson place and will for sure stay here again.

This is my second time staying. It was another pleasant and comfortable stay. We booked two rooms for me, hubby, mom and sister, to celebrate for my mom’s 88th birthday and my own birthday. The hotel staff was very kind and considerate in the earlier check-in process, efficiently kept our luggages, and helped my mother in wheelchair. They also have prepared cake and greeting card. When we left, they taught our driver how to park in the front and helped us to get on our car with luggages…etc.
The food in the tea time and breakfast are tasty and good quality with nice presentation. For the first time, I tried their laundry. Cozy and convenient with powerful washer and dryer. Clothes are well cleaned with convenience. Gym room has lots of high-end machines. Though this hotel doesn’t have pool and sauna, its overall friendly service and high standard amenities used in the everywhere for guests are definitely outstanding and gives you a well-accommodating feeling. I would suggest that you can add onto sauna and steam or even jacuzzi for vip or club access guests, next to the gym if possible. That would make the whole place even more perfect and prestigious for the guests.

The only thing better than this property is their people. From the Concierge on down, I was treated as royalty. From the welcoming that I received to the service to the stay. It was exceptional in all regards. I highly recommend this hotel for tourists and business people. The location is perfect. You simply can’t go wrong.

The service and staff were amazing here. The one thing to improve on would be having to ask twice for an adapter or to clean a room (I think that's on room service not the front end staff).
But the front end and restaurant staff were probably the best I've ever come across. I felt important, well looked after and appreciated as a guest and I appreciate the staff as well!
