Ramada Hong Kong Harbour View

Was staying with 2 kids (5y & 3y) the room was small but the location very great. Near MTR Sai Ying Pun, just 1 min by walk, there are shops such as 7-Eleven, Japan Supermarket, beauty store across the hotel. Bathroom has bath tub in it, it provides hot or cold water. You will see the beautiful harbor if you booked harbor view.

Very nice hotel. Clean and every thing is perfect. Many foods and market around the hotel.

I really like this hotel, very clean and staff so friendly 🤗 well recommended 👌.

Pros:- very convenient location, near to MRT and.- near to many eateries.- situated at the street famous for dried seafood.- 4 bottles of water per day.- daily housekeeping and basic amenities. Cons:- very small room. Barely able to open luggage.- slightly hard bed.- the mini fridge is a joke. 2 cans of drink max.- dated room.

Hotel staff is good but the room is super small with a rather bad smell even though they provided air purifier in the room.

The rooms are clean, the facilities are complete even though the room area is very limited, but this impression is more due to being used to the free space in Indonesia: D. The main thing is that the hotel's location is only 5 minutes walk to the Sai Ying Pun mtr station, near the bus stop (no/specific destination yes), 36 HK dollars to ferry terminal to Macau and other islands, near traditional markets, supermarkets, Indonesian shops, 3 minutes climb to Dentistry of HKU, The Prince Phillip Dental Hospital. And from the ferry terminal we can take a tour bus for 537 full trip and there is also a giant Ferris wheel.

So far the location is very, very strategic, unfortunately the bed sheets haven't been changed for 4 days. But it's okay, the important thing is to clean it. If I go there, I think I will return to that place.

The first day I arrived at 10.00 but I couldn't enter the typical Ramada Hotel, both this one and the one in Tsim sha Shui, entry time was 14.00 and exit was 11.00. There is no smile welcoming guests. Especially the welcome drink. If there is a smile and a welcome drink, it means you are in Indonesia. When it arrived at 14 o'clock, Miss 3, who, if I'm not mistaken, was of Indian descent, was serving and there was a smile. Friendliness and very helpful. At Best Western Tsim Sha Shui at 10 o'clock being able to enter there is very helpful. The rooms here are a little bigger than those in Tsim Sha Shui. The room is not cleaned every day but it doesn't matter why. It's just that I complained to the house keeping ladies that I was forced to use Google Translate because their English was 0. I spent 4 days at this hotel. On the second day the linen should have been changed but it wasn't. After I protested, it was replaced with a new one. For towels and drinking water, there is no problem changing them every day, even drinks are added which should only be 2, given 4 for each day. Thanks for this. The elevator can only go up after 12 noon. After that it was normal. So we're on the 15th floor if. If you want to go down, you have to take the elevator up first and then you can go down because the elevator doesn't stop on our floor. Don't expect hospitality like in our country Indonesia. Here we really feel like we live in someone else's country in the true sense. There are halal foods around. Just not as many as in the city. Most Turkish restaurant. For cheap prices, Sunday-Wednesday, Thursday to expensive weekends. Thank You. Will come back for work only, not for holiday.
