The hotel was clean and modern with an excellent breakfast buffet. Staff were helpful with questions and reserving taxi service. Loved the location near shops and sights,…..and especially the bus stop right outside our door useful when flybus dropped us off from airport, and for excursion pickups/dropoffs

The staff was kind, and quickly corrected the errors in our room (a nightstand light bulb wasn’t working). The location was also good. Parking was lacking which we already knew, but the rooms are small with poor quality materials for bedding and very little lighting.

Really clean room, staff were friendly and very helpful, breakfast was really good, location was amazing (walkable to the ocean and right next to a bus stop and tour pick up spot). Overall, an amazing hotel!

A little big loud. We had a room on the front of the hotel. We had brought ear plugs with us so we were okay. Maybe an idea to have complimentary earplugs or an advisory that the front of the hotel is loud in the evening.
