Simple convenient hotel in the city. Fabulous breakfast and always warm in the hotel, very important after a night trip. Modern bathroom and plenty of hot water. Only grumble was there for 3 nights and room wasn't cleaned or towels changed despite asking for daily cleaning on check in. All in all great hotel, fab price and perfect location.

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bathroom was really nicely done. Breakfast had some great options and made staying there really good value. Location was excellent, a lot of shops, restaurants and cafes nearby.

Nice hotel and great location - bus stop 9 was literally outside the building. It's a stop on many of the tours and so super convenient. Staff also very helpful and friendly.

Location Location Location! Nice cosy warm room has everything you need and is on the main street laugavegur. Bus stop number 9 is outside the door for excursions

Very clean hotel and in a great location

Many choices for breakfast but same on all days so gets quite repetitive. Everyone is so pleasant and helpful. The common areas and the rooms are very clean and well appointed. There's a Nespresso machine, water heater and ref available

The staff were so friendly it was a special birthday for me & we arrived to a plate of sweet treats & a card , lovely touch . Hotel was very central lots of shops , bars , coffee shops & restaurants on the same road 👍 Room was very clean & had everthing you would need , toiletries , hair dryer , kettle , coffee machine , iron , tv couldn’t say a bad word about anything .

Very convenient location for tours with the bus stop 9 right by hotel. Hotel itself and rooms are very small (we paid extra for a bigger room rather than the cozy option and it was the size of a small room) I would recommend floors 3 and above if you want more space and views. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

I had to pay for the room upgrade as they said, they haven’t approved VIP Hotel on their end.

Perfect location, room was very small but perfectly clean, tidy and modern. Breakfast was very good but above all the front desk staff were excellent. So helpful and could not do enough. Highly recommend this hotel.

Clean and modern room but compact. Great front desk and service staff. Convenience of Bus stop 9 right in front (This is where most tours pick up from). Nice shopping street right outside. Many food and drink options on street. Follow shopping street for 15-20 minutes to city center and Harpa music hall.
