There was no Wi-Fi even though it was on the 39th floor, it was still okay because I didn't see in the app that there was no Wi-Fi, then the TV couldn't be watched, the worst thing was that I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, from the last night the electricity token ran out, before I entered the room I had informed the room staff that the token was about to run out because it kept ringing and going off, and that happened 3 or 4 times, but it turned out there was no movement, until the last night, I didn't know the electricity went out because the token ran out at what time but I woke up at dawn because I was hot, I chatted with the room staff again, I called but they didn't pick up and respond, when I checked it turned out it only opened at 9, okay I waited until 9 then I chatted and responded again but still no response and no answer, you can imagine the heat, I woke up at dawn because I was hot, until noon, even until I took a shower in the dark, my cellphones were all dead, only 1 cellphone was left with a low battery, I complained, it turned out they complained back to me because they were supposed to be on holiday that day, chatted with caps lock, and said I was weird, of course I was even more The emotions that I had been trying to be patient since dawn, I as a customer certainly did not know their holiday schedule, and did not know that the number that I had chatted with from the beginning until I complained was held by only one person and even taken until he was on holiday, maybe the room was held by an individual or what I also did not understand, because this was the first time I found an apartment that used electricity tokens in the room, room A39-05, the service was less than satisfactory.

I'm the only one who experienced this. The place is VERY NOT RECOMMENDED. The service is dilapidated, the electricity goes out constantly, even complaints are not responded to, the place is dirty, the deposit is 300,000 Rupiah, which beats 3-4 star hotels, the deposit is forfeited even though there is no information on the application. #NOTRECOMMENDED

For nearly 400,000 Rupiah, you get a damp, dirty room, a nasty atmosphere, and the online photos are heavily edited. Upon arrival, you're greeted by a shabby corridor. I came for a business trip and was instead greeted with disappointment. Don't waste your money and time on a place like this. It's not worth staying in, especially for a family. The check-in process is also complicated, with deposits required, even though the facilities and condition of the place are far from adequate.
