really awesome place, 2 TV in the room, awesome city view, bathtub feels great (can't get hot water for the bathtub but that can be tricked though). some food tastes absolutely great, too bad it didn't refill quickly, and some need a little bit more seasoning. great experience anyway

Our company regularly use the hotel for our international staff following arrival in Soekarno-Hatta (CGK) and overnighting before their domestic connecting flights. As part of the management team and resident in Indonesia we regularly check the hotels to ensure they meet our requirements and offer the facilities and comforts that we provide our staff. I am delighted to say that my 'fact finding' stay was excellent, starting from the airport pick-up and the quick ride to the hotel and then the courteous front desk staff. Great first impressions. The bed and pillows (as other have commented upon) are delightful which ensured a good nights sleep. The included breakfast was comprehensive and the staff exemplary, in helpfulness and courtesy. I couldn't have asked for more. We have made a fine choice with this hotel for our staff and I would recommend it to any person transiting on a long layover in CGK or simply breaking their journey-you will be so glad that you did so by staying at the Swiss-Belhotel Airport Jakarta. Highly recommended.

Great service and fantastic location. This will be our go-to hotel anytime we have to stay at your Jakarta airport. When we arrived at terminal 3 we called the hotel for directions. They sent two people to help with our luggage, we didn't even have to ask. It was particularly helpful because my wife is pregnant. The hotel was a five-minute walk to our check-in. Breakfast was offered from 2 am which was great because we needed to leave the hotel by 4 am. They also offered us a trolley to use for our luggage which made getting to the terminal much easier. They were out of queen or King beds but they sent someone to our room to push the twin beds together which was a nice accommodation. A recommendation for anyone who is taking a domestic flight the day before an international flight is to take Garuda or Citilink as they are the domestic airlines that fly into terminal 3 which is the international terminal. Other domestic airlines require you to change terminals. Because we flew Citilink from Central Java to Jakarta, it was very easy to get to the hotel and to our international flight in the morning.

This hotel is on top of the mall, so if you forgot to bring something, you'll just go downstairs and to the mall. The room is spacious, clean, but the walls are a bit thin. I can hear some noise from the next room. Oh and it is near airport, so you could hear planes flying in and out sometimes.

The room was nice and clean. There is a free shuttle to and from the airport every hour. The price is also really affordable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

clean, quietly, and correct services staff

I just needed to sleep well before going to flight. So the place is just in the right spot. Only 10 minutes from the airport by car. The hotel offers free shuttle at certain times. If you missed it, don't worry, there's always a Rp 50,000 rented car.

We stayed there because we had an early flight. the hotel offered free transportation to the airport and the room was clean and the bed was nice.

I was really nicely surprised by this budget hotel. I did not expect it to be everything it was said in the reviews and depicted in their pictures. The pick-up service at the airport was very nice and just as described, according to schedule. Driver was super accurate and helpful. The room and bathroom were super clean. Breakfast was surprisingly nice and adequate. Everything was complete, compact and helpful. It was more than enough for a person or a family who is transiting to get the next flight on the next day. It's a perfect accommodation when we have to catch our morning flight as the location is very strategic. The room is clean and the staffs are always friendly and accommodating (it was my 5th stay) and I will definitely come back in the future. The coffee and pastry were super delicious. Everything is perfect. Highly recommended.
