Our company regularly use the hotel for our international staff following arrival in Soekarno-Hatta (CGK) and overnighting before their domestic connecting flights. As part of the management team and resident in Indonesia we regularly check the hotels to ensure they meet our requirements and offer the facilities and comforts that we provide our staff. I am delighted to say that my 'fact finding' stay was excellent, starting from the airport pick-up and the quick ride to the hotel and then the courteous front desk staff. Great first impressions. The bed and pillows (as other have commented upon) are delightful which ensured a good nights sleep. The included breakfast was comprehensive and the staff exemplary, in helpfulness and courtesy. I couldn't have asked for more. We have made a fine choice with this hotel for our staff and I would recommend it to any person transiting on a long layover in CGK or simply breaking their journey-you will be so glad that you did so by staying at the Swiss-Belhotel Airport Jakarta. Highly recommended.

The check in process was quick, the swimming pool and gym are open. The room was OK and you just need to go to KFC downstairs if you are feeling hungry. The pool was nice

1, Airport transfer not picking up the Guest, even though already text the driver and remind the driver day before. When the guest reach, he calls the Airport transfer driver but never pick up phone. 2, Booked an Double bed room, but the "double bed" in the room are combination of two single bed join in to one. How could the guest slept well if the middle of the bed got gaps? Very bad experience.

Hotel services and facilities are good, according to Swiss Belhotel International standards. What need to be improved is the airport drop off. The delivery option using a hotel vehicle every 1 hour needs to be maintained. What needs to be added is cooperation with a taxi company with a set price.

Staff service was great but I was really disappointed about room looks, I saw ceiling was too much noise like there is water leaked from the ceiling. If I could say, my experience was below expectations. I believe 4 stars hotel has high priority for maintenance. I was staying in 205

This is the first come back after the pandemic. The overall staying experience is still great, except now (due to a huge construction nearby) the in and out traffic is really really bad! (Especially during the morning and afternoon hours). On the early morning we checked out (November 9th, 2022), we almost did not make it for our flight. No taxi is available. The hotel shuttle was stuck on its way back to the hotel. After a little push to the hotel management, a kind hotel staff dropped us off at the airport (just in time). My suggestion is: If you choose to stay here, please spare enough time for the worst traffic conditions. I definitely will come back when things are done by the local government to solve this silly traffic situation. I feel sorry for the hotel.

It is a good hotel with nice room, near mini market and restaurants. The shuttle is 24 hours and the hotel is only 15 minutes to the airport.
