This was my late cousin ' s favorite hotel and quite famous within the city. When I was here, the staffs were exceptionally friendly. The room could be better because one soap container was stuck and too lazy to complain. The room was a bit below the expectation with cover wasn't as clean as I hoped but the AC was cold and the room was comfortable so far. The TV programs could be better too. It was nice while it lasted but my cousin has left for several years so I understood that there would be changes by now. Still, although not too over the top, but it was a good experience.

All staffs are friendly, helpful and nice to talk with them. About 2 km from the city center. Clean and 5 star bedcover. Recommended hotel in Sumenep Madura.

The room is clean and tidy, the bed is soft, the AC is cold, the bathroom is clean, unfortunately the Wifi doesn't seem to reach room 19. The price is according to the facilities, the receptionist is also friendly. Get drinking water, towels, soap and toothbrushes. There are no blankets, if you want blankets you have to rent another 10,000. But no, the blanket is okay too, just set the AC temperature to a bit high. Thank you, will stay here again if to Sumenep.
