My first stay at Neo Gubeng, my expectations were probably the same as a typical 3-star hotel. From the start, the friendly staff helped me with parking. Check-in was hassle-free. I was immediately admitted to my room, with the staff promptly providing an extra bed. Thankfully, I stayed in a family room with a 10-month-old baby, and it was safe. The breakfast menu was also quite good, although not very varied, but the taste was delicious and not bland. Hopefully, Neo Gubeng will maintain its quality service 🙏

I actually checked in at Life Hotel in Pangsud, but was moved to Emerald. It's just as good. It's totally worth it for the price. The staff is friendly and the cleanliness is good. It's a good choice, especially for those of you from out of town who are unsure where to stay. This place is great, you get what you pay for. 💖🙏

I've been a regular when I'm in Surabaya, staying here often. Affordable, clean rooms, a clean swimming pool, a peaceful, comfortable atmosphere, and a view I love overlooking the Suramadu Bridge. It's close to everything. There's no breakfast, but there are plenty of eateries nearby. I really enjoyed staying here :)
