The hotel is brand new, so it's very clean. The staff is also friendly and kind. I brought my baby, so I requested a room, and the hotel provided one. The water in the bathroom wasn't hot at first, so I immediately contacted the front desk. They responded very quickly, and the problem was resolved without a long wait. The housekeeping staff were also very friendly and provided everything my baby needed. Very impressed.

I'm very satisfied with the service and facilities here. Even the standard rooms are clean and fragrant, the Wi-Fi is fast, and it's far from the crowds. There's a minimarket next door. I worked at the cafe, which was also very nice. The food and drinks were also reasonably priced. I tried the jasmine tea, which tasted like high-quality tea.

It was a really fun experience staying here.. the glamping was clean.. the staff were all friendly and very nice.. I got an a la cart breakfast package but the portion was very big and very filling which was delicious.. I want to come back because it's very kid friendly. Next time I go there, hopefully I can do Japanese glamping..
