I'm at the asr member stayed here for 2 days. The front office lady Viola and Mila were very helpful they allowed me early check in and the best possible option when my room with merapi view that has been requested is not available, yet they upgrade me to better room which is more spacious and has a bathtub and include breakfast for 2. And staffs are very attentive, they frequently checked on every table if there is any dirty dishes need to be cleared up. And kitchen staff also great, they kept refilling the items in a timely manner.

Very friendly and helpful during the late check-in, which was really at 12 midnight. The room was always clean and tidy every morning. The hallway window was also always opened every morning so the morning air could come in. The receptionist was very helpful with any requests from guests. Overall, a great experience. The dates I booked were wrong, but the hotel staff quickly told me to contact the app to change the dates. Friendly and very helpful receptionist during check in and check out. Clean bedroom, cold AC. Clean bathroom, with hot water shower facilities, toothbrush and toothpaste and clean white fragrant towels. Got breakfast, three types of delicious cakes plus coffee and tea. Quiet and comfortable environment, I can sleep soundly until morning, If I go to Yogyakarta, I want to stay at KHH again, Thank you Ms. A*** and Mr. J***
