The hotel staff was very friendly, check-in was fast, the hotel room was clean as requested, non-smoking, the swimming pool facilities were good, and most importantly, the breakfast menu was varied and guaranteed to satisfy. Check-out was also fast, and you could leave your belongings in the UG area while shopping at the mall before your pick-up. Hotel Fugo is the best, for the price, haha. For me, I recommend it, next time I can stay here again.

This is my go-to hotel when I go to Samarinda. Its location is very strategic to the places I'll be visiting. The hotel staff? No question. They're very friendly and ready to help, from parking and lobby to housekeeping. They're also very responsive and ready to assist us.
