From the moment we arrived, the staff, including Mr. Pian, was very helpful in explaining everything. The room was cozy, and the atmosphere was perfect for a family staycation. There are also many delicious cafes and coffee shops in front of the hotel, with affordable prices. The rooms are still in excellent condition, as this is a relatively new hotel. They are clean, spacious, and comfortable. I'll definitely stay here again if I ever visit Garut 🤗
