Reception staff was not quick enough during handling check in process-wait too long; The housekeeping was not clean the room although already give sign on the room (second day); Did not respond on our request fr refill in mineral water, coffee and tea although we stay 2 days. Bad experience especially on 4/5 star hotel.

Seems reception staff are overwhelmed when there is a rush of guests checking in. Room is clean, bed comfortable but room smells a bit musty and damp. Dining room during breakfast on weekends are definitely understaffed.

I booked for two days and room for breakfast But none of those day I tried their breakfast because I need to suddenly go out of the city 🥲 (my bad) haha. To be honest the room I stayed is kind of old one But yeah its clean yet creepy… maybe next I should choose the artsy room (cmiiw) the room I heard that have been renovated and yes I should have my breakfast there hahahah. Over all the staff are very nice, good lobby actually But I don't know Why they always make it dark 🤔🤔🤔 (it should be more comfort for our eyes if they put all the lights on right?) One thing is they had a nice view from the room especially at night ⭐️
