However, we would also like to apologize for the inconvenience you experienced regarding the noise in the room, especially due to its proximity to the elevator, as well as the unpleasant experience at breakfast. Regarding the noise and morning sound check, we are very sorry that it disturbed your rest time. We will review the room placement and technical coordination so that something like this does not happen again, especially in an area that should be a quiet resting place for guests. Your feedback regarding the breakfast experience is greatly appreciated. We apologize for the unfavorable situation, including the inconvenience in finding a seat and the discovery of flies in the food area. We have followed up on this internally, including strengthening the role of the F&B team in the breakfast area, stricter supervision of cleanliness, and plans to adjust the flow and division of breakfast sessions during high occupancy or during major events.
