Staycation at Aston for a wedding. Overall, the service was good. It's just a shame that we had noted early check-in, but the room wasn't ready when we checked in. Perhaps a small suggestion is to be more aware of guest notes.

It was a pleasant stay here. The room was comfortable, there was a drinking water dispenser in the hallway, and there were no issues in the room. However, I think the security staff should be more responsive to guests checking in very late at night.

The hotel's corner location and ticket gate at the end of a bend made it confusing, so we went too far and had to turn around. Parking is also a problem when there are wedding guests or events at the hotel, so we hotel guests have to turn around and go back to the basement.

The hotel's cleanliness and staff friendliness are excellent. A great advantage is its location in the heart of Bekasi, close to malls and the CFD (Central Festival) area.
A word of advice regarding the sanitation in the hotel bathrooms: water easily pools in the toilet area, which can be a bit annoying due to the risk of slippery floors.

This hotel is incredibly impressive... it's a Family Suite Room with an area of 66m². It's rare for people to review this room type at Aston Imperial Bekasi. Maybe this time, when I review it, I'll include a photo 👍
The sofa is comfortable and large. The bed is top-notch. The view is fantastic, overlooking Patriot Stadium. You get two 58-inch Android TVs in the best room area of 66m², so you can watch comfortably on the luxurious double sofa.
The swimming pool is clean and comfortable. Free towels are also available for rinsing off. So you don't need to bring towels to the 15th floor (Swimming Pool).
You have to try this Family Suite room type, it's affordable and won't drain your paycheck. 👍🤩 hehe

It was nice, but incomplete. The only towels I got were a bath towel and a bath mat. When I first entered the room, there were already used plates lying in front of the door. It was a real shame.

the rooms after cleaning did not provided toilet paper tissue. try to reach them by phone not working and we have to go down to reception to inform all this. after few days the person still did not even turn down to repair the phone. disappointed stay at this hotel.

This hotel is incredibly impressive... it's a Family Suite Room with an area of 66m². It's rare for people to review this room type at Aston Imperial Bekasi. Maybe this time, when I review it, I'll include a photo 👍
The sofa is comfortable and large. The bed is top-notch. The view is fantastic, overlooking Patriot Stadium. You get two 58-inch Android TVs in the best room area of 66m², so you can watch comfortably on the luxurious double sofa.
The swimming pool is clean and comfortable. Free towels are also available for rinsing off. So you don't need to bring towels to the 15th floor (Swimming Pool).
You have to try this Family Suite room type, it's affordable and won't drain your paycheck. 👍🤩 hehe

It was nice, but incomplete. The only towels I got were a bath towel and a bath mat. When I first entered the room, there were already used plates lying in front of the door. It was a real shame.

the rooms after cleaning did not provided toilet paper tissue. try to reach them by phone not working and we have to go down to reception to inform all this. after few days the person still did not even turn down to repair the phone. disappointed stay at this hotel.
