Aston I think was one of the best hotel friendly staff not very foot food excellent food. I was unlucky because we stayed one or two days. Mr. Deni was so kind and friendly from the restaurant team. I will be very happy to see him again in the future, the bed was very good, the carpets, the lobby, the swimming pool, gym, the kids playground, but also as many hotel in Indonesia the should be make some repairs improve the bathrooms repairs mirrors was not in good condition, need to change the some of towels was destroyed from the use is not good for use anymore, some cables on the stairs was not correct covering and destroyed everything just use cable covers is cheap and easy to cover them and stop losses.

The bedroom is spacious, there is enough place to pray. Comfortable bed, clean. Facilities include a small refrigerator, cups, tea sachets, coffee sachets, various sugar sachets, electric kettle, cable TV, room service. Clean bathroom. Air conditioning worked well. Very friendly staff, comfortable place, lots of facilities, delicious breakfast menu, lots of choices, free entry to Trans Studio Garden for all rides. Anyway joss for those who stay here again, my child likes to play on the playground, swimming pool, just as happy to be in the room. Ordered a non-smoking room but was given a smoking one, but in the end I was given a smoking one too, thank you, even though the operator on the phone said, the first room I was given can be used for smoking or not, the problem is I don't smoke, so I want to sleep the smell stung the room. Have stayed at Aston 4 times, always have to be asked to wait 30-40 minutes, special requests are not responded to by reason of booking online. The AC in the room I live in is often problematic (not cold).
