Very near to Ciwalk and other shops in Cihampelas. The room was so spacious and all the staff and security was super friendly.. Loved it staying here :) Keep the good job Aston :D

Hotel room and facilities are clean with classic design. All hotel personnel obey and promote covid-19 protocol. We can have breakfast at room and absolutely the food is delicious. The room is also toddler friendly. Moreover parking area is spacious

I have a very pleasant check in with Ms. Elvira in the reception, I told her I was checking in with my grandma and my grandma can't use a bathroom with bathtub. And she accommodate us really well. She told us that almost all of the room already using bathtub but she will definitely find one for us, and yes she did. I thank her, my grandma could enjoy her stay at Aston Tropicana without worrying about bathroom.

the staff was really helpful and kind. ณ just love the atmosphere of the real Bandung tho the hotel's located in Jalan Cihampelas which is a crowded one.

From the beginning of check in, the hotel staff were friendly and responsive. The room was neatly arranged, but coincidentally my family has a dust allergy so it was difficult to sleep at night, even when checking out the allergy had not disappeared even though I had taken medicine. Maybe because the room was carpeted so it needed to be cleaned regularly. The service was okay, the food was varied and plentiful. Children under 12 years old are not charged for meals

The staff are all very friendly and very helpful.. I happened to get a junior suite room yesterday which was very affordable. It's just that the breakfast is not very varied and when there are a lot of guests, the food refill is very slow, so many menus run out. The egg corner also shouldn't have to queue for long.. It's just eggs, not beef 😊, but overall I'm satisfied to stay here

UNFORTUNATELY, IN ROOMS LOCATED IN THE CORNER LIKE ROOM 557, ON SUNDAY MORNINGS THERE IS MUSIC FROM THE CHURCH IN FAVE WHICH REALLY DISTURBS PEOPLE WHO ARE SLEEPING, IT'S SO NOISY!! The soundproofing is very minimal :(

Ordered a junior suite type, it was stated that it had a bathtub facility, when checking in there was only a shower, when I complained they were immediately alert, changed rooms, my wife had left a black skirt in the previous room before moving, hopefully I will find it, I'm still waiting for the information, thanks Mr. Ade and team
