The staff at Ayung Resort are unbelievable, they cannot do enough for you. The room is very clean, it is cleaned every morning, the mini bar is restocked daily and there is a nightly turndown service. The breakfast that is included is very good. You can order as many different dishes as you like. We had a room with a private pool which was very well kept and had stunning views overlooking the jungle and had lots of visits from the monkeys. The private dining experience at the restaurant was well catered for by the staff and very reasonably priced too. The spa facilities are great. Would highly recommend staying at this resort.

Truly a five-star resort. Gorgeous grounds. Incredible staff. Delicious restaurant. It's out of the bustle of Ubud, so it's peaceful. There's a shuttle into town and daily activities. Highly recommend.

Amazing from the outset. Stayed in 4 premium hotels in Bali over our trip and this was easily the best. The staff are unbelievable, attention to detail is over and above expectations. If you can stretch to the villa with private pool, it is well worth it. Fantatastic restaurant as well. Dinner was top class and breakfast was outstanding.

We had the worse experience of any kind . The hotel isn’t luxury . Everything outdated and the service was appalling . We stayed one hour in the property and instantly checked out as it was so bad . We couldn’t see ourselves staying for five nights in a dirty environment and the staff that couldn’t be bothered and everything was an effort . We wrote to the general manager and the hotel office and didn’t even get an acknowledgment or even a reply . We even asked for a manager when we were there and they said there were none . An appalling experience all along

Wow! Immersed in the jungle, and I never wanted to leaved. Dreams really do come true here. This property is unbelievable! Exactly as pictured and described! I could not be happier with my stay at Ayung. I booked the rainforest villa! The private pool all to myself, and outdoor shower?! So worth it. This room was so beautiful. The turndown service was so nice, and all the room amenities were perfect. I loved the restaurant food. I only had dinners and breakfasts there, but it was so good. I highly recommend treatments at the spa! Everything is just wonderful here. The best part, the staff! Afternoon tea service and happy hour is so nice. I want to come back to this property. I greatly appreciated the complimentary shuttle into Ubud. All the nice touches like the villa like mini bar with complimentary treats that were restocked daily, and the bath amenities made me feel so relaxed. I love this resort and I will be back! It was everything I needed and more. Lastly, i was glad i signed up for Yoga at the Spa! That was so nice and I ended up having private sessions because no one signed up for the 8 am class that day :)

I stayed here during my solo trip to Bali and had such a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and kind, and they really made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. Traveling alone, that kind of hospitality means so much. They truly went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend staying here!
