Bakung Ubud Resort & Villa

There is no problem with the service. The room is also spacious and has a lot of space. The cleanliness of the bathroom, room, and sofa needs to be improved. The bathroom still has a lot of insect remains. The room is dusty. The sofa with fabric material still has stains and looks like it has never been cleaned. The towels are torn. Worst of all, there is no mat. We could probably bring our own towels. But a mat seems impossible. Breakfast menu. Please pay attention to the protein. At least there are eggs. We think sausage is not a menu that is worthy of being called a breakfast with adequate protein. Hopefully there will be improvements from the hotel management.

Checked in at 21.30, wanted to complain at 22.00 because the mattress was dirty, there were dead ants and there were debris on the mattress, but the staff had gone home and there were no staff to guard it, there was only security and they couldn't help, they just said, "Come tomorrow morning, ma'am," to complain... even though we wanted to put them to bed 😭😭, this is the first time I've stayed at an inn and there were no hotel staff on standby. Please, this inn should have someone guarding the reception. Only 1 car can enter. The wifi doesn't work at all

The road to Bakung is very narrow, only enough for 1 car and requires a driver who is really good at driving. We checked in at 8 pm, the bellboy was there but was not responsive, did not want to help lift the suitcase to the room while there was no elevator facility so we had to lift it ourselves via the stairs. As soon as we entered the room, the room smelled musty, there was no mat, the towels smelled very bad, the pillows also smelled. I took the studio and villa types, for the villa we were greeted by baby snakes and scorpions. Maybe because the villa's position is behind the rice fields so there are many animal residents in the room. Advice for visitors do not choose a villa because it will definitely be very uncomfortable and you can't rest. Please to the hotel management, please pay close attention to the quality of cleanliness, we are very disappointed with the smelly towels and pillows and please provide a mat in the bathroom. The lighting is also very minimal, the lights are weak, please replace them. I often go to Bali and this is the first time we have found a hotel that is very uncomfortable.

It 's comfy and quite cheap. The electricity sometimes down in the afternoon, but it only happen the first day of my stay here. Everything else is good.

I don't know about those who gave bad ratings, even though my stay was fun, the breakfast was not very varied, in my opinion the breakfast was more than enough, the road access is indeed narrow and small but that is not a problem.

The room was full of mosquitoes, the request for anniversary writing was not there, the breakfast was not varied, only rice noodles.

Minuses: the location of the villa is a bit in an alley, narrow, can only be passed by 1 car, narrow parking, the swimming pool is not very clean, the door to the 1st floor room is broken, the lights are not very bright, when we arrived there were still towels hanging on the clothesline on the 2nd floor, the 2nd floor is a bit dirty and sandy, there is only 1 trash can, the sofa has lots of stains, the breakfast is not very varied, the taste is ordinary, the atmosphere at night is quite scary to leave the room (a bit dim). Plus: the room is very spacious, the mattress is quite soft, the staff is quite friendly, the bathroom is spacious with a bathtub, the price is cheap.

First, I got a room with a broken AC that wasn't cold and the door lock was also a bit broken, then luckily there was an empty villa so I could move. Unfortunately, the standard of cleanliness in this inn is a bit lacking. The breakfast choices are limited and not very tasty. Hopefully it can be improved in the future.

Accommodation was bigger then we expected. Bed and bathroom were OK. Not much updated, sofa in livingroom was dirty and stains everywhere. Not well kept. Breakfast was OK, staff was helpful and very nice.
