I've been a regular at this hotel for a while now. Check-in is super easy. The rooms are spacious, clean, the beds are spotless, and there are no bugs or fleas. Each room has a balcony. There's no carpet, but the floors are sparkling clean. The toilets are spacious and have plenty of water. You can choose whether you want hot or cold without calling customer service. The environment is spacious and beautiful, with ample parking and no fuss. There's a minimarket right in front, pempek snacks, and at night, they offer delicious skoteng (fried rice cakes). Of several hotels at the same price, the Vipassana Hotel is the most comfortable.

the wifi is not working, already inform the staff but still not working until check out time. the breakfast delivered to the room at 7 am, fried rice with fried fish/chicken+ egg, rice cracker, cut fruit, orange juice and tea. not much restaurant nearby. the water was abundant, stable warm shower with a heavy water flow. near lembang zoo. need to upgrade the cleanliness as when check in i found a chopsticks plastic package near corner but disappear the day after. service was good,wwe may ask for the late check out without extra charges. hair dryer not working but they provide another hair dryer and sent to the room. no AC in the hotel, lembang is a cold place area, just open the window/balcony door its quite cool

The location is good, the parking is spacious, but unfortunately, the room is noisy, so you can hear sounds from the next room and the hallway (it's not soundproof). The food in the restaurant is also so-so (according to my taste). The only good ones are the waffles, omelets, and pudding. There's a food stall in front of the hotel, and the food is even better and affordable 😄 But the hotel's location is good, close to tourist attractions in Lembang and on the main road, so it's easy to find.

We were very satisfied with our stay here. The room was spacious and there was ample parking. The location was easy to find, on a side street near Lembang Park Zoo. The hotel grounds include a swimming pool, a small lake with boats for visitors to use, a mini market, and several food stalls. The rooms don't have air conditioning, but fans are provided, keeping them cool. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi connection was poor. There was a power outage, but the hotel quickly resolved it.
