For a hotel whose rate is comparable to a 3-star hotel, it is regrettable they do not serve a buffet breakfast.

Everything was perfect, except for the service and facilities, the admin service via WhatsApp was not fast response, and the facilities in the room were not generous enough, there was not enough mineral water & no slippers, other than that the ambiance and cleanliness of the breakfast were 10/10

At first, it was a bit strange because there was no lobby, so we checked in via WhatsApp. But we were served well. Breakfast at the Homeground restaurant was nice 👌

Honestly, the place is nice and the breakfast is so yummy. So it's one with the Homegrounds cafe which has delicious food ♥️

Check-in was quick because the staff was already on standby when we arrived (there's no lobby). The staff was friendly. There could be more doormats, especially in rooms with direct pool access.

I spent two nights here, and I happened to book a room with a private pool, with two deluxe rooms. The atmosphere was very cozy and homey, and the privacy was truly guaranteed, even though it was somewhat semi-outdoor due to the private pool. In my room, the bathroom was divided into two parts, for a shower and a potty, and then outside, there was a bathtub with a salt bath. The TV was very secure, you could watch Netflix and Disney+ Prime, and you didn't need to use your account because they already had one. The hotel has a password lock. When we parked, we didn't see a lobby for check-in, but a receptionist immediately came over and gave us the room password and the rules for our stay. If you wanted room service and checkout, everything was done via WhatsApp. In my room, there was an electric stove and utensils for simple cooking, so if you ordered food from outside, you could heat it up. Because I booked two rooms, there was no connecting door, but the rooms were two stories, with a curved staircase outside near the private pool and kitchen. It might not be suitable for seniors and children because the stairs are a bit unsafe. But for a big get-together with friends, it's quite suitable. The breakfast is also delicious and has a wide variety. And of course, it's delicious. So far, I haven't regretted my healing experience here, and it perfectly meets my expectations of a vacation here. Hopefully, the quality can be maintained or improved, Sis! ❤️

Amazing place, room is clean and baby friendly, the entire area also has this calm ambiance. And don’t forget the in house restaurant - Homeground, super delicious. Tried Vietnamese spicy noodle for breakfast, it is amazing!

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms D02 were clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience and I would be happy to stay here again because it was so calm :)

very friendly staff, clean room, big bed, big tv. breakfast is a la carte but delicious and many variants. room service also has many menu choices and is worth it. cool air and quiet environment. the only minus is that there is no door in the bathroom.

The room is very comfortable and aesthetic, but please, sis, provide a cover for the sitting toilet in the form of a curtain or something. It's a bit uncomfortable to want to go to the toilet but can be seen by the family.

In my opinion, this is one of the best places I have ever visited, the staff is super friendly and very helpful. The layout of the bungalow and the ambiance are really nice for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but for those who have to shop in Bandung, it is very close to Baiq Market or other coffee shops. Overall, it is highly recommended, and I will come back here again. Oh yeah, btw, yesterday we stayed at D01

Hopefully the income will continue to flow smoothly so that we can continue to come here, it's really exciting. At least the food and drink menu can be more varied so that we don't get bored of the same old thing.
