need a lot of improvement and more repairs in bwalk hotel. The cleanliness of the room and its facilities need to be really paid attention to especially the sheets, pillows and towels, I was just transiting but felt very uncomfortable to stay or stay at bwalk hotel

The room is pricy for the given low quality facilities. No tissue in the bathroom. No rubbish bin in the bathroom. The floor is not clean. Dust on the floor is visible. They do not provide tea maker or water heater in the room. No tea/coffee pack. Only 2 mineral water. The towels are old and do not look clean. Disappointing.

So far my experience during my stay is all okay, except the bathroom water is very slow and the water is not hard enough. For the motorbike parking area, I'm a bit worried. Because it is in a place that is not monitored and is prone to theft. It is highly recommended to have a guard.

There are 3 cockroaches in the room. The towels smell of sewage. The wall stickers are torn. The mattress is so hard that it hits the floor. It's really not worth it.

The room is very dirty, both pillows are dirty, the blanket is dirty, the walls are moldy, the floor is dull. Room 123 can be improved, the bathroom is very dirty. With that price, it's better to look elsewhere, the wifi is also bad. Nothing good except the location, standard service.

Just checked in and haven't rested yet, we were given a very bad experience, not worthy of being called a hotel! When we entered the yard, we were not directed by the parking security guard or the receptionist. The room was dirty, smelly, the sheets were dirty, stuffy, the faucet was broken, the gong in the room had dead cockroaches even in the lobby 😮 ‍ 💨. The service was bad, not friendly, the receptionist couldn't provide a solution. Even though we booked 2 rooms! It's really bad, for that price there are still many more decent accommodations, for those who want to stay here, don't, otherwise you'll be disappointed!
