First time spending 3 days at Garut. This accommodation provided me a memorable staycation during covid-19 pandemic. The staffs and place were great, perhaps breakfast need a little improvement. But surely will be back here if travelling to Garut again

Overall, it was very pleasant and comfortable to stay at Cahaya Villa, the facilities are complete and suitable for family vacations, but unfortunately yesterday there was a gecko in the bathroom and there were still ants (one or two) in the room, in the future, please pay more attention to cleanliness.

Junior Suite Room With Balcony This is my second stay here. Previously, I stayed in an executive room in the first building. This time, the room I'm staying in is in a new building that's been under construction for about a year, so cleanliness and tidiness are excellent. The room is comfortable, spacious, and has a balcony, but I'd choose a city view. I'd rather have a mountain view :) Hot water is fast, but the soundproofing is still lacking. From late afternoon to evening, you can clearly hear the sounds of children jumping around on the floor upstairs. This makes it quite uncomfortable to rest. The food could be improved in terms of variety and taste, but there were still a lot of flies flying around during breakfast. Why is that? The swimming pool is heated, but the one for children isn't warm enough. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay here. I'll definitely come back again next time.

If I go to Garut, I'll definitely stay here because it's so comfortable and makes me feel at home. The view is really nice, the room is clean and fragrant... but the children's pool isn't warm enough, unlike the adult pool. But all the services are quite good.

The hotel environment is clean and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and responsive. What's missing? Staying in a Villa Suite with a private hot tub, I didn't expect it to take 15-20 minutes to heat the shower water. And the hot water that came out was only lukewarm. I called the front desk and the technician came, and the answer was the same. That's the situation. So, for those planning to stay in a Villa Suite, allow 15-20 minutes before showering. Just think of it as boiling hot water :( Don't expect too much from the amenities. Bring your own from home, as they're very minimal. Breakfast has a wide variety, but the taste could be improved. The room was full of ants and a bit stuffy if the AC wasn't on. My disappointment with the above points was somewhat mitigated by the beautiful view of Garut, but I think one visit to this hotel is enough.

I requested the best view and was truly given the best view this hotel has to offer. The staff were friendly, check-in was quick, the pool was clean, the water was large, and the pool was great because it had warm, clean water and wasn't mixed with the water park guests. The food was also delicious. I'll definitely be back.
