Very friendly service, strategic location close to several tourist attractions, clean and tidy rooms, the atmosphere of the inn is very calm and cool, the rooms are spacious and the mattresses are soft, the free breakfast (the food is delicious) so cool deh with the price that much so facilities like this is beyond my expectations and my husband very much enjoyed staying at Cemara Asri.

The room was clean, okay. But the staff at the reception was too rude because the booking was made through the app, not directly on the spot. Not very friendly. When I said there was a smell of corpses in the room, she said it was like they had to accept a room like that. It was terrible, right? I just said, how could I be uncomfortable? The receptionist was very unfriendly. But the other staff were very friendly. Even though I bought through the app because there was a discount promo, if I booked directly it would have been more expensive. I didn't get drinking water if I ordered from Traveloka. If I wanted hot water/a thermos, I paid 50,000 Rupiah. Very expensive. Unlike other hotels, it only costs 10-20,000 Rupiah for a thermos. In the future, please be more considerate of the receptionist's attitude. Improve the service to people who stay whether they book directly or through the app, don't discriminate.

The hotel staff is very friendly. The location is strategic, close to everything. At night, the air is pleasantly cool. There's an Indomaret directly across the street. There's fried rice next door. Overall, it's delicious. Thank you, Cemara Asri.

It's really nice to stay here because it's right on the roadside, across from Indomaret. You can find food nearby, Lembang Market is also close, and everywhere is close. Walk to the Floating Market. The only bad thing is, because it's on the roadside, it's really noisy and you can't sleep because of the sound of cars racing from the highway. The service is really good, but at night the water tap is often turned off so the water is very small. And the heater is often turned off in the middle of the night, so if you want to pee in the middle of the night because it's cold, you have to use cold water.

The location is good, close to the playground (floating market), typical Lembang culinary, etc. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is also okay, cool. The rooms are spacious and clean. It's okay for just staying overnight. The downside is the narrow parking space is kept in front of the room, you have to back out when exiting

Comfortable atmosphere, walking distance to floating market, town square, Indomaret, Alfamart, pharmacy, mosque. Easy to find food around the accommodation area: uduk rice, yellow rice, Padang rice, lalapan, and other traditional foods. Minus: we happened to get a room close to the road, a bit noisy hehehe, but there is a balcony facing the main yard.

I checked in early, charged 100 thousand. The room is spacious, the air is very cold so no need for AC. And indeed there is no AC facility. The floor of the room is dirty from the Buffett which is eaten by termites. The service is friendly and good.
