Very friendly service, strategic location close to several tourist attractions, clean and tidy rooms, the atmosphere of the inn is very calm and cool, the rooms are spacious and the mattresses are soft, the free breakfast (the food is delicious) so cool deh with the price that much so facilities like this is beyond my expectations and my husband very much enjoyed staying at Cemara Asri.

Poor service, if you don't bring your original ID card you will be fined Rp150,000. The room smells dirty. Not recommended for staying 👎👎👎👎👎

It's OK to stay in Lembang. It's very close to tourist attractions so you don't have to deal with traffic jams. Transit at night, cheap and quite comfortable.

Because I checked in from the application, I wasn't given a drink. When I was offered a drink, I paid 50 thousand rupiahs for just a jug of water. The soap and shampoo smelled like sewage. I don't know if it had been refilled for a long time or if I had to add water. The smell was unpleasant. It's really bad in a Bandung hotel with a price of 350 thousand rupiahs + I paid 50 thousand rupiahs for a drink. Very disappointed.

This is my second time here, comfortable, clean, friendly, toiletries ready, only mineral water is not available, but if you want to ask for hot water, just tell the staff.

Kamar cukup bersih, luas meski type standar, sejuk tanpa AC, sebrang Indomaret, cari makan gampang, tinggal keluar hotel, floating market tinggal jalan kaki, posisi ada di belakang hotel, hanya jalannya muter, motong jalan melewati gang kecil. Posisi hotel ada di pinggir jalan utama, mudah dicari. Minta ruang non smoking tapi ada asbak

The rooms are clean and spacious, it's comfortable to bring a family. The clerk is friendly and given a cellphone number if needed. Will be the hotel of choice if you go to Lembang again.

Hotelnya bersih nyaman, ruangan kamarnya bersih dan cukup luas. Air panas lancar tidak ada kendala, kamar tanpa AC tetapi daerah Lembang memang sudah dingin jadi tidak ada masalah. Strategis sangat strategis di pusat kota, gampang nyari makan dan belanja-belanja, dekat juga ke tempat wisata floating market. Penjaganya baik dan ramah. Lain kali kalau ke Lembang lagi bakal nginap di sini lagi.
