The room facilities are good, clean, everything is complete, the bathroom accessories are also complete, there is even a hair shower cup, wow, this is the first time I've found that. The location is close to Tunjungan, you can even walk to it, the staff is friendly, and you can check in 1 hour early. If I go to Surabaya again, I will probably come here again😍

Super spacious room, complete amenities, close to the city center. Really enjoyed all the facilities. Free amenities make it easy to worry about going hungry, but if you want to go to Indomaret, you can also do it, it's very close, you can walk. Dyandra Convention Center, Tunjungan Plaza, Jalan Tunjungan are also close. There's also a cafe next to the hotel. Super duper worth it to stay here.

The hotel is not big but the location is near Tunjungan and 5 street food stalls, Indomart is very close. Got a very good price from the app, I chose a suite room. The room is spacious, clean, neatly arranged. Only for input the work desk chair is not high enough or not a pair. The FO officer is friendly and quick, thank you Mr. Ilham, Mrs. Beby, the FB officer at breakfast is very friendly. And the intern Mas Ikhsan is very friendly, good at doing anything and quick to open the door, and the women are also friendly. Thank you all. This is my umpteenth time at Regantris Cendana. We will always come back.

One of the best hotels in Surabaya. The vibes are very comfortable for resting. The bathroom is clean and hot water can always be used anytime. I have been a subscriber since 2021, whether there is an event, work and so on, always choose this hotel as a place to stay even though it is far from the venue.

Overall, the hotel is comfortable, clean and tidy, close to eateries and in the city center and close to Gubeng Station. However, perhaps the service could be improved, especially the receptionist. I checked in on March 30, 2026 at 3 AM, via phone asked the price of AYCE breakfast, only 80k, when I asked the receptionist she answered 100k, I immediately confirmed, "I called you earlier and they said 80k," she was immediately shocked and nervously replied, "Oh yeah, 80k," is this a markup or not... annoying (that's the only minus).

Last year, staying at Royal Regantris Cendana made me and my family come back again, because it was fun, this time staying at Royal Regantris Cendana was disappointing, got a room with a condition where the bathroom door could not be closed properly, so it had to be fixed first, the bed sheets used were dirty and had red stains like blood (maybe they had been washed but not clean) hopefully in the future it can be fixed.
