The hotel staff was very friendly, and the location was very close to everything. However, it wasn't very clean, especially in the bathroom. There were still hairs on the sheets. There were also stains on the sheets, which made me a bit worried about whether they had been washed or changed. I took a basic room in the basement, so sounds from outside were clearly audible and very noisy.

The hotel was very dirty. The room's AC didn't work. Even though it's close to the mall, this hotel needs to be renovated. It was very noisy because I was on the lower floor.

Good service, friendly hotel staff.. But unfortunately the bathroom smells, to the point where every time I go to the toilet there are always small black worms so I have to flush first before using the bathroom. The smell of the bathroom reaches the room. Please pay attention 🙏🏼

It's been very satisfying for the umpteenth time, just a suggestion is to improve the cleanliness and fill it with liquid soap and the AC remote is not in the room so you can't turn off the AC, but it's okay for the price.

Room was dirty, and a cockroach came out from my bed. The bathroom smells bad, probably from the outside since the window is not closed.
