The toilet was broken, and the bathroom water was off. I had to lock the door from the inside to get out. There was a lot of junk in the room. There was no bottled water. The hotel area was dark and overgrown with weeds. The photos don't match the ones on Traveloka.

The hotel's location is strategically located on the edge of Puncak's main road, but from the front, it looks almost abandoned, even though the swimming pool is nice and functioning well. The exterior of the cottages, however, needs some renovation to make them look less worn. I'm sure this hotel was prestigious back in the 90s. The gardens and other amenities are still well-maintained. The staff are also friendly, although most of them are older. The only downside is that the sound of passing vehicles is very audible due to its proximity to the main road.

The hotel staff is friendly, the room is also clean, maybe the guest sofa needs improvement and there should be more variety for breakfast. Overall, the price is suitable for a low budget like ours. Access to everywhere is also close if you want to go sightseeing around Puncak.

The hot water wasn't optimal. It only warmed up briefly, followed by a cold shower. Breakfast was only fried rice, with no other options. Unfortunately, for the price of 1 million rupiah a night, it wasn't quite right.

actually it's nice especially since it's not far from the market, it's easy to buy food. but the toilet can't be pushed, there's no bucket for the flood either, the tap for ablution can't be turned on, only the shower. the bathroom is very slippery. there's no brush provided, even if you want to brush, you can if it's provided so it's not slippery.. the bathroom and swimming pool are very dirty... the gym can't be used, it's locked.. please fix it if LBH is good, I think many people feel at home there.. the food is not told to eat at the restaurant. I thought it was delivered to the room..

Arrived at Cottage Cisarua at 11.30, greeted by friendly hotel staff and allowed to check in early without being charged... wow, that's really lucky, thank you, Sir 😍. Weekend with a price of 500 less than cheap really got 1 cottage big enough for 6 of us with 1 large bed and 2 twin beds just right. When we entered it looked clean and prepared the needs according to the description. The bed is quite soft fragrant only a few black ants. There is a wardrobe and hanger, kitchen and electric kettle there is a dining table. There is a living room Shofa and LED TV. The bathroom is clean only the water tap drips can not be closed tightly, the shower is a bit damaged but can still be used. There are 2 swimming pools for children and adults .. the water is clean after being drained they said. There is a swing park and slide. The access is strategic near Indomaret, pizza, Richeese, d'besto and street food. At night you can go out for culinary snacks. So far for those who want a vacation with an affordable budget, it is highly recommended to have fun with happy children
