Clean Room at Homestay Graha Asri

Ruang VIP tidak seperti ekspetasi untuk beberapa alasan kecil. Pertama, tidak seperti apa yang dikatakan dalam aplikasi, ruang VIP tidak memiliki jaringan WiFi (kemungkinan sudah dicabut oleh owner-nya. Karena si owner menitip tanggung jawab perawatan pada ketua RT setempat). Kedua, lokasi tidak terlihat seperti apa yang digambarkan di aplikasi, rumput halaman sudah tertutup banyak rumput, dan pagar yang berkarat dan sulit untuk dibuka (perlu usaha). Ketiga, kebersihan dalam rumah patut dipertanyakan. Lantai dan meja memang bersih dan hampir tidak ada debu. Namun, setelah pertama kali masuk ada mayat laba-laba di dapur, dan ada sarang tawon di balik gorden (di kamar single bed) karena ventilasi tidak punya penyaring, maka serangga bisa masuk. But at the very least, tidak ada hama seperti kecoa dan tempat tidur, bantal, guling juga bersih dan tidak bau. Kamar-nya juga sedikit harum dan dingin karena ada AC. Setiap kamar juga memiliki wastafel dan kamar mandinya masing-masing yang menjadi nilai plus dari saya. Untuk kebersihan kamar mandi sendiri bisa terbilang bersih. Tidak ada hama, dan kloset juga bersih. Penghangat air juga bekerja dengan baik, namun untuk kamar single bed mempunyai sedikit masalah di keran. Karena walaupun sudah diputar full, yang keluar hanya sedikit. Jadi untuk mengisi drum air perlu dibantu dengan menyalakan shower yang ada. Toilet dalam single bed itu memakai toilet jongkok, dan jujur kalo BAB itu rasanya sakit di kaki karena pijakan klosetnya itu terlalu jauh dengan lantai. Jadi kita dipaksa untuk jinjit dengan posisi kaki yang tidak enak, dan sakit rasanya kalo sudah berdiri. Di dalam setiap tong sampah dalam rumah VIP juga terisi banyak sampah yang entah berapa lama sudah sampahnya itu. Dalam dapur juga ada wastafel yang isinya itu piring kotor yang kelihatannya sudah lama tidak dibersihkan. Mungkin karena tempat itu sudah tidak dijaga oleh owner aslinya, karena bahkan di depan yang seharusnya menjadi tempat resepsi/administrasinya itu terlihat kusam dan sudah tidam terpakai. Dengan set-up komputer yang sudah berkarat dan berdebu. Tapi dengan semua itu secara overall sama masih merasa nyaman, karena saya lebih mementingkan kenyamanan dan kebersihan dalam kamar. Jadi bagi yang mau ke sini, boleh tapi jangan terlalu berharap. Jika butuh tempat yang enak untuk istirahat/tidur dan dekat dengan Candi Borobudur (tinggal keluar gang), saya recommend tempat ini. Pak RT yang ngejaga juga orangnya lembut dan ramah. Dan suasana di sini tenang, karena terletak di dalam gang.

It's been the second time here and quite satisfied. The courtyard, living room, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen are quite clean and comfortable for a fairly economical price. In the kitchen can cook and take a free drink. Considering the weather around Borobudur is quite cold at night, cooking instant noodles seems like a very good idea. The house owner's mother is kind and flexible. When he found out that I was not sleeping last night due to loading the project and only returned at 6 am, without being asked by his mother to allow check-out at 3 pm (instead of 12 o'clock). When I was late checking in, it turned out that my economy room was being used by someone else (miscommunication), but then her mother was willing to replace the new sheets. In terms of security & parking, there is a sturdy gate, a relief car park, a motorbike parking covered a little roof, then each guest is given the key to the main door & room door.

The hotel owner is communicative. But because at the time of stay the hotel was empty, so there was no receptionist like a homestay.

Stay a day for marathon events, late check-in. But the owner's mother is willing to wait (with advance notice for sure). quiet location. Only to find the location of the entrance hall when the night is less illuminated. So it can be missed if it's not careful, overall is pleasant.

Mother is friendly and very nice, rooms are very clean and comfortable, Jalan to Borobudur about 15 minutes, wide parking area, stay here again if there is a visit Waisak. Very top recommended really

Friendly owner, but apologize the room a lot of ants, sticky ceramic, electricity also goes down, until matiin new AC can stabilize electricity. So we do not use AC deh.
