their biggest attraction is family room with private jacuzzi. the room is spacious. manager is fast respond though at the beginning we figured out some minor ones but the manager on duty is fast respond and take care of our complaints sharply. location is quite far from downtown. and the breakfast is so so. well if you want a private Jacuzzi for your family try this one then

First time staying at Clove Hotel, and it was great! The hotel is located in the Awiligar area, quite far from the city center, but a plus for those looking for freshness & green :D The staff is very friendly! Helpful and very fast. However, the cleanliness of the hotel is a bit lacking, maybe because at that time there was a lot of wind & heavy rain, so it was muddy in front of the room (coincidentally got a room on the 5th floor) and there were lots of leaves around the elevator on the 5th floor. The cleanliness of the room is okay, maybe there are some lights above the minibar & cupboard that need to be replaced because they are dim. I ordered a junior suite room, there is a balcony facing the pool area with a view of trees, buildings & the golf course. Breakfast is also complete, the menu is quite a lot & always filled. Btw, I didn't take pictures inside the room, but just took pictures of the view ahaha. Overall nice stay, maybe I will come back with the kids later. Thank you! :)

The staff are all friendly, access to the hotel is quite far from the main road, so I suggest you buy something before going to the hotel. Maybe yesterday during breakfast there were some cutlery missing. Overall everything is okay.

I booked a Deluxe Suite Room, for the size of the room is quite good view, everything works there is netflix, there is wifi, the air conditioner is also okay. Complete amnaties and hair dryers are also available, only the room key does not work apart from the card can not be slotted, coincidentally I got on the 3rd floor, and close to the restaurant so in the morning it is very crowded not soundproof. The facilities are very good for families, there is a swimming pool, animal feed, drawing, friendly for bringing small children. for food there is a lot of variety and a lot, only the food refill is not fast enough, for the taste is quite good. conclusion for all okay.

very comfortable and quiet hotel, the air is so fresh, I stayed with a junior quad room, the room is spacious and clean, the bathroom is equipped with amenities and clean and fragrant towels. the view in the morning is greeted by beautiful mist. a fairly large pool equipped with a hot water jacuzzi. check in time is also on time at 14.00. for the food is quite tasty, only the menu choices in the future should be more varied. next time if I go to Bandung again I will stay at Clove.

Pros: - Very comfortable room - Ambience, view of city lights and mountains from the deluxe king room is very beautiful - The air is very fresh and quite cold. Suitable for avoiding the hustle and bustle of the city. - There is a pool for adults and children with a view of beautiful trees - There is a gym with quite complete equipment with large glass - Kids room is cute and complete - Breakfast is varied and quite delicious, especially the Javanese fried noodles are very delicious - Good service, everyone is friendly and helpful. Thank you Mba Astrid Cons: - The location is a bit far from the city center - The telephone in my room did not work - No hairdryer is provided in the deluxe king room - The shower water channel is a bit clogged so it is quite stagnant, it takes a long time to drain

friendly & helpful hotel staff, comfortable rooms, good facilities, especially friendly for children .. for the swimming pool, the information is that the water is warm but it's cold for children, both morning and evening are also cold. access there is a challenge but worth it 😁
