The hotel is very poorly maintained, the ceiling is broken, leaking. The toilet doesn't flush, the mattress is uncomfortable to use, the pillows and blankets are all itchy, I was confused when I wanted to defecate because the toilet water wouldn't flush, it's really bad.

There was no more soap and shampoo, only towels, but we only got them in the middle of the night because we ran out of towels. The bedroom window was tied up, even though it could be opened, it turned out the view wasn't of the garden, but of another room😮‍💨 There was no hot water.

It turns out the reviews I read were true, it's getting worse and worse, leaking in front of the room, no hot water, no more shampoo, towels ran out and I only got them in the middle of the night, the room door was hard to open and close, and the bathroom door had no handle. The swimming pool was dirty so it couldn't be used. Thank you for the friendly staff, and lots of thick fog😍👍🏻

Please provide facilities and amenities as well as towels according to the SOP, and please note that every room reservation online and directly should be prioritized for those who book online rather than offline or directly. so that those who book online do not feel disadvantaged

There is no drinking water or dispenser. It can only be used for sleeping and then going home. There is no Wi-Fi. Luckily there is a TV.
