Facilities are not complete, no air conditioning, only 2 pieces of towels, no refrigerator, 2 bathrooms but only one equipped with a heater, toiletries are not provided such as soap, shampoo, etc. Facilities are not comparable with the rental price, far from the city center and famous tourist attractions in the city of Batu, culinary places around the inn are quite far.

The villa is nice, clean, and very comfortable to stay with family. The villa's mother is also kind and friendly. Not to mention the nice front view of the villa. The location is still quite close to near the stone square. So, it's worth to stay. will return again with the family. Thank you!

Overall satisfied and recommended for family vacations. Plus = quiet, safe environment, comfortable villa, good service, quite clean, neat, nice view (special dandellion), water heater works, complete cooking utensils. Delta = no fridge, water heater only in the upper and a little bathroom, rather dusty because there are under construction villas, rather hot when the window is closed.

The villa is nice, clean and comfortable. It's just that when you want to check-in you have to wait a long time, because the previous guest is overtime, when I arrive the villa is being cleaned. The top bathroom mat is still wet, maybe because it hasn't been replaced. The mattresses in the room still have plastic, so it's very uncomfortable for slippery sleep. There are no clothesline towels, so it's rather difficult to dry towels.

The place is recommended for families who want a relaxing vacation to Batu. Strategic location close to Alfamart and Selecta, good service, available hot water for bathing, gallons of drinking water, complete cutlery, stove and gas, the rooms are very comfortable, the air is cold without air conditioning. The main house is facing the city view of stone from a height! can make photos.

The place is very satisfying. Security is very friendly, everywhere is close, the service is very friendly and very cooperative, highly recommended 👍.
